Cancel, Refund and Return

For Your Order Cancellation Requests:

If your order is under Preparation and your product has not yet been delivered to the Shipping authorities, you may contact us by calling our customer service at 0850 241 80 94 or sending an e-mail to [email protected], or filling in a communication form. Your order will be canceled within the day. Our Customer Service is available on weekdays from 08.00 AM to 06.30 PM.

Refund Process:

  • If you want to return any product, please fill in the return section on the invoice and send it with the products you want to return, unused and without removing the labels, no later than 15 business days from the actual delivery date of the products.

    Returned products will be examined by the Dagi authorities to check if they meet the return conditions. The return of the products found acceptable for the return procedures will be confirmed, and the refund amount will be paid into your bank account within 10 business days. According to bank procedures, it may take 7-15 business days for this amount to be reflected in your account.

    •         The product(s) must be sent to us unused and not damaged due to misuse, with the original packaging undamaged.
    •         You must send the sales invoice of the product.
    •         If the product invoice is a corporate invoice; .......... which is arranged by the company for the return process ....... without including the cargo share.
    •         Exchange or refund is possible at the invoice amount provided that, in the case of underwear and swimwear, tops should not be used, and in the case of swimwear, the hygiene label should not be removed.
    •         Underwear bottoms, silicone bras, and corsets cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
    •         The Customer is obliged to return the product as it was at the time of delivery to the Customer. In the case of use, the Customer shall compensate for any loss of commercial value of the product due to usage.

The Process of Exchange:

Products that you receive but want to exchange for any reason can be exchanged only at a store. You may send the products you want to exchange as returns to us, and then you can buy the product or size you want to exchange. Your orders that have not been delivered yet may not be exchanged. You must request the cancellation of your order and create a new order.
