Your orders will be delivered to MNG or UPS Cargo within 2 business days. An SMS will be sent to you from the cargo company regarding your order delivered to the cargo, and you will be informed about the cargo information by e-mail at the same time. After your order is shipped, you can access and track cargo information in the field Hesabım>Siparişlerim ve İadeler (My Account>My Orders and Returns). No cargo is sent on weekends and public holidays. You may also learn about the latest status of your order by calling our customer service at 0850 241 80 94 or sending an e-mail to [email protected], or filling out the communication form. Our Customer Service is available on weekdays from 08.00 AM to 06.30 PM.
