Your order will be delivered to the buyer in Turkey or to the cargo to be sent to address designated by the buyer no later than 30 (thirty) days after the Product is received by the Seller

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt or before taking delivery of the goods, without taking any legal or criminal responsibility, without giving any reason and without paying a fee. As for distance contracts for the provision of services, this period begins on the signing date of the contract. If a single order or a single product is delivered to the Consumer more than once, the deadline is taken as the beginning of the withdrawal period, if the same product is regularly delivered to the Consumer more than once, the first delivery date shall be taken as the beginning of the withdrawal period.

The seller shall be responsible for the costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, including the fee for handling the refund. If the Seller fails to provide the Consumer with information about the right of withdrawal first in the preliminary information form, the right of withdrawal may be exercised in one year. Once a proper notification is made within one year, the period of 14 days begins.

The consumer may return the right of withdrawal from the receipt date of the goods or services within 14 (fourteen) days from the signing date of the contract or refusal of the goods or services without assuming civil and criminal liability and without any grounds from the receipt date of the withdrawal notice to the seller or provider. To notify that you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may send an e-mail to [email protected], or call the support line at 0850 241 80 94 or fill out the form on the webpage https://www.dagi.com.tr/talep-ve-oneriler. Accordingly, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days as from the delivery date of the product as specified in the Distance Sales Agreement. The buyer must notify the Seller about exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The Buyer agrees the goods/services for which the Right of Withdrawal set forth in the in Article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement may not be exercised.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must deliver the returned product to UPS Kargo or MNG kargo on the basis of counter-payment. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products, of which protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened and which have been used, or which are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.

 

  1. NOTIFICATIONS OF COMPLAINTS

Except for the right of withdrawal, the buyer can make all complaints and requests for returns, exchange, or otherwise to the notification addresses and phone numbers given in the Article 3. Requests regarding the product quality control shall be notified to the customer positively or negatively by phone or e-mail after the report of the product inspection department related to the subject. If the buyer is right, the process shall be terminated by performing the necessary refund or exchange operations.

 

  1. VALIDITY

After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the Consumer electronically, the stage of drawing up a consumer agreement will start. The consumer can access this preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement from the ‘my orders’ link and the order confirmation e-mail at any time.

 

  1. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The consumer may make their complaints and objections to the arbitration committee or consumer court for consumer problems at the place where the consumer buys the goods or services or resides within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in December each year.
