OUR STORY

Dagi entered the ready-made clothing sector in 1984. Dagi was ahead of its time with its production quality and capacity, design philosophy, marketing skills, character, and brand dynamics. Even with its first store, it took place among the leading underwear and fashion industry brands in Turkey. Dagi, with its experienced team, produced high-quality and trendy designs. Dagi provided significant added value in creative marketing strategies and innovative perspectives.

Since the day it was founded, Dagi has directed its company structure towards institutionalization and has adopted a customer-oriented approach. Aiming at distinction and quality, Dagi created a product and marketing concept based on customer satisfaction and time dynamics. It has adopted offering the best to Turkish consumers within this period as a principle.

In 2004, Dagi entered into the process of significant change. The first innovation started with the change of its logo. Then, Dagi continued to grow and develop by increasing the number of stores in many cities of Turkey. Following the change in 2004, Dagi redesigned its whole product range. Dagi changed the raw materials used to manufacture its products. Using the best fabrics produced in Turkey, Dagi made a difference with its up-to-date designs. This contributed to reinforcing the consumer's perception of durable, different, and high-quality fabric.

Focusing on the needs of all segments, Dagi has adopted an understanding that incorporates fashionable colors, patterns, variety, and quality. During the renewal of its collections, Dagi has become a strong company manufacturing women's/men's underwear, home, and sleepwear, beachwear, and socks. Thanks to its designs giving particular importance to comfort, Dagi never lost its place at the top of the consumers' preference list. Dagi won consumers' respect as well as their appreciation.

Dagi conducted a joint study with Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine Arts Department of Textile and Fashion Design with the participation of 11 students during the Spring Term 2018-19 and broke new ground in the field of home and sleepwear in Turkey, contributing to the students' experience and awareness in their professional life even before they graduate.

Dagi celebrated its 37th year in 2020 as a 100% Turkish brand, and it has expanded its place in the women's/men's underwear, home and sleepwear, and beachwear market.

Dagi has never stopped investing in R&D studies for its development from past to present. It has manufactured and continues to manufacture underwear, home, and sleepwear products from natural fabrics using an innovative technology, which is used by very few textile manufacturers in our country.

With new or significantly changed fabric ingredients, Dagi has developed new collaborations that contribute to recycling environmentally harmful wastes, intending to be eco-friendly and sustainable.

In 2020, Dagi collaborated with Tencel™ for the first time. Dagi was the first brand in Turkey to use Tencel™ Lyocell LF fiber produced by Refibra™ technology. In their collection, Dagi X Tencel™ brought their perspective on sustainability to underwear, home, and sleepwear products.

In 2020, Dagi was structured to incorporate both production and logistics services in an indoor area of 8330 square meters in Tekirdağ.

Again in 2020, Dagi entered into the process of digitalization and renewed its e-commerce website.

Its future goal is to strengthen its position in the underwear sector and its presence in the home, sleep, and beachwear market.

OUR STORES

Dagi opened its first store in Şişli in 1989. Dagi opened its first shopping mall store in Akmerkez. Then, Dagi increased the number of its stores in many cities of Turkey and abroad with each passing day (see STORES). With its investment plans, Dagi continues to grow both at home and abroad.
