How do I sign up?

On the main page (Dagi.com.tr), you must click on the sign up link located in the upper right corner of the screen. Click the Hemen Üye Olun! (Sign Up Now!) button on the page that opens. After the e-mail address and password steps, enter your active mobile phone number. You may fill in the detailed membership information field so that we can get to know you better and keep you informed about our special campaigns. If you confirm the e-mail and SMS notifications, you can be informed about our discounts.

Why should I sign up?

Dagi.com.tr members enjoy many advantages. You can quickly filter the products you like according to the desired characteristics and add them to your cart. You can find out about the status of your orders. You can be informed about our campaigns or promotions. When you log in to your account, you can see only the campaigns that are specially prepared for you.

Can I make purchases without signing up?

Yes, you can place an order without signing up. In the Complete order section, you will only need to write your shipping address and personal information. Placing an order after signing up makes it easy for you to track your order.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, click on the membership icon in the upper right corner of the screen on the main page of Dagi.com.tr, click on the link "Şifrenizi hatırlamıyorsanız tıklayın" (If you do not remember your password, click here) and enter your e-mail information. Your new password will be sent to you by e-mail. You can also renew your password by contacting our customer service team by phone at 0850 241 80 94.

How do you ensure security for online purchases?

In order for you to shop securely at Dagi.com.tr, a 3D Secure application is used on our site and we work with iyzico. You can make secure, fast and easy payments with iyzico, which holds a Central Bank license and a PCI-DSS Level 1 certificate. If there is any problem, you can get 24/7 live support from iyzico payment company.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are sent by cargo within 2 business days. Your order will be delivered by the cargo company to your current address. Delivery time may vary depending on the intensity of the shipping company on Sundays, public holidays and special days.

Can I shop via Wire Transfer-Eft?

After completing their shopping, our members who do not use credit cards will be able to enter their information on the system with account / salary cards of all banks, or after making the payment amounts to the following accounts, their orders will be sent by cargo.

Can I pay by foreign bank credit cards?

Unfortunately, payments may not be made by foreign bank cards.

Can I make an installment purchase?

Installment options vary depending on your bank. When you enter your credit card information on the payment screen, you can see the installment options of your bank.

Can I place an order with payment at the door?

Unfortunately, we do not have a payment at the door option. You can pay by wire transfer/EFT or by credit/debit card.

I have a gift card. How can I use it?

Add the product or products you want to buy to the cart. Click on the Kupon Kodunu Gir (Enter Coupon Code) link on the right side of the cart page. Enter your discount code in the box that opens and click on the use button. If your cart complies with the terms of the campaign, your discount amount will be applied to the total amount of the cart.

Can I buy every product I see in Dagi stores from dagi.com.tr?

You can find seasonal products in Dagi stores at dagi.com.tr in line with stocks.

How do I cancel my order?

After you place your order on Dagi.com.tr, if your product has not been packaged yet, you can call our customer service at 0850 241 80 94 or send an e-mail to [email protected]. Your order will be canceled within the day.

Which shipping company do you work with and how much is the shipping fee?

We work with MNG Kargo and UPS. For your purchases from our online store, the shipping fee to all over Turkey is TRY 11.95 for UPS and TRY 12.95 for MNG Kargo. There is no shipping fee for your orders amounting to TRY 200 or more.

How can I track my cargo?

To track your cargo, you can go to www.dagi.com.tr and click the Sipariş Takip (Order Tracking) link in the Sıkça Sorulan Sorular (Frequently Asked Questions) section at the bottom of the page and enter your cargo tracking in the inquiry box to view its status.

How can I return or exchange products?

You can make product exchange transactions at all Dagi stores. For our members, who cannot make an exchange transaction at a store, send it to our central warehouse free of charge by filling in the required fields on the invoice and specifying the product they want to change, by MNG Kargo. In the same way, our members who want a refund can fill in the required fields on the invoice with free shipping and send a refund to our central warehouse. Refund will take place within 10 business days.

  •          The product(s) must be sent to us unused and not damaged as a result of misuse, with the original packaging undamaged.
  •          You must send the sales invoice of the product.
  •          If the product invoice is a corporate invoice; .......... which is arranged by the company for the return process ....... without including the cargo share.
  •          Provided that the tops have not been used in underwear or swimwear, an exchange or refund can be made over the invoice amount.
  •          Underwear bottoms, silicone bras and corsets may not be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  •          The Customer is obliged to return the product as it was at the time of delivery to the Customer and, in the case of use, the Customer shall compensate for any loss of commercial value of the product due to usage.
